Emeraldview Guesthouse is a strictly non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms, on the verandas, or anywhere on the grounds. Children under the age of 16 cannot be admitted.

Rates are based on single or double occupancy. Rates and charges are subject to change without notice. All rates are subject to the Hawaii Hotel Tax (currently at 7.25%) and a General Excise Tax (currently at 4.166%). Additional persons: $35 per person per night. Reservations may be secured  by VISA or MASTERCARD. No amount is debited to the card until check-out. For other policies, consult our Policies page.
